Another fake South China tigerPosted by Eric Mu on Tuesday, March 25, 2008 at 3:56 PM
Another fake South China tiger This is the second falsified claim about South China tigers: late last year, the Shaanxi Province Forestry Department publicized a photo, apparently taken by a local farmer, of a South China tiger. It was soon shown to be a fake by netizens (see this Danwei story). Olympic flame lit Lhasa arsonists arrested |

Pingjiang is not in Hubei but in Hunan Province.
The fact that this fake photo (not cropped, but entirely fake) made it into the "Chinese media" clearly shows that the "Chinese media" is corrupt and biased. It also proves that while the Chinese think they can tell fact from fiction (unlike the dupes who read the "Western media"), they are really just brainwashed.
I'm assuming it works both ways, no?

Every modern country has a period that media is corrupt.
It doesn't mean the situation in China is good. Now most of people see it but time is needed to change the situation.
