See below for more. Hu Ge achors the "CCAV" news broadcast, which is concerned with the effects of the economic downturn on the unemployed residents of XXX apartments. In news-speak chock full of political buzzwords and bureaucratic phrasing, the show reports on the following stories:

Comments on Hu Ge spoof about group housing
this is hilarious. and he doesn't even break a smile.
I can only see the first 20 seconds or so. Is this video on tudou or youku? Is there a way to download it? Thanks.
The video shown is on Ku6. There's a Sina video on his blog, linked above. I don't think it's downloadable yet.
@Anni & others:
Get yourself a DownloadHelper extension for Firefox. Allows you to download videos like this, usually in .flv file format. If no player on your computer accepts .flv, get also Applian FLV Player.
I downloaded the above clip, but it was not in flash. Although in a legit format, it wouldn't play on anything. So I got myself a conversion applet (via link in DownloadHelper)and converted it into .mpg.
Sounds complicated, but it ain't. And all the above stuff is free, as in "free beer".
Cheers.
